Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
1 low-fat white yogurt
1 cucumber
1 spicchi garlic
1 cucchiai oil
1 cucchiai white wine vinegar
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
q.b. dill
Preparation
  1. Prepare a colander with a kitchen towel inside
  2. Peel the cucumber and grate it into the colander
  3. Let the pulp rest for half an hour and finally squeeze
  4. Add the yogurt, cucumber, peeled garlic clove, oil, dill to a blender, without forgetting salt and pepper
  5. Start the mixer until you get a creamy mixture
