Chicken Salad with Low Fat Yogurt

Ingredients
100 g low-fat white yogurt
250 g chicken breast
100 g carrot
q.b. salad
40 g pitted taggiasca olives
50 g nuts or peanuts
q.b. chives
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast and cut it into strips
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl and season with chives, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Mix
  3. Add the julienned carrots, the salad, the olives, the dried fruit and the Sterilgarda low-fat yogurt
  4. Mix well and serve
