Fruit Juice Mousse with Cream

Ingredients
150 mL Sterilgarda fruit juice
150 mL water
130 g whipping cream Sterilgarda
45 g sugar
30 g corn starch
Preparation
  1. Use a whisk to mix the cornstarch with the sugar, adding the water and fruit juice a little at a time
  2. Cook over medium heat until boiling so that the mixture thickens
  3. Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the fridge
  4. Whip the Sterilgarda cream and add the mixture previously cooled in the fridge
  5. Mix well and serve
