600 g broccoli
black pepper

350 mL bechamel Sterilgarda
Preparation
  1. Cut the broccoli, separating the florets from the stems. Blanch for 4 minutes and drain
  2. Cover the baking dish with béchamel sauce. Add the broccoli and cover with the remaining Sterigarda béchamel sauce
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Bake in the oven at 200° for 25 minutes
