Creamy Cod Salad

Ingredients
300 g cod fillet
parsley
q.b corn
q.b zucchini
q.b salt & pepper
50 mL cooking cream Sterilgarda
Preparation
  1. Boil the cod fillet in a pan with a little water for 20 minutes.
  2. Once ready, remove it from the pan and let it cool.
  3. Remove the fishbone and any thorns.
  4. Take a baking dish and add the cod cut into pieces, add salt and pepper.
  5. Combine corn, zucchini and parsley.
  6. Garnish with Sterilgarda Light Cooking Cream.
