250 mL | Sterilgarda peach smoothies |
250 g | 00 flour |
1 | sachet of baking powder |

200 g | sugar |
75 g | seed oil |
90 mL | latte intero microfiltrato Sterilgarda |

Preparation
- Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Add the Sterilgarda Peach Flavor Smoothie and continue blending, then add the oil and Sterilgarda Microfiltered Whole Milk.
- Sift the yeast and flour to avoid lumps. Once sieved, add them little by little into the bowl until you get a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured cake tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
