Ingredients
700 g | manitoba flour |
1/2 | cube of fresh brewer's yeast |
1 cucchiaio | granulated sugar |
1 cucchiaio | plenty of honey |
250 g | hot water |
380 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
1 cucchiaino | table salt |
q.b. | sesame seeds |
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, honey, crumbled yeast and Sterilgarda Mascarpone.
- Mix and add the water little by little.
- When everything is incorporated, add the salt and continue kneading in the bowl, using a little flour.
- Cover with cling film and let rise for 2 or 3 hours or until doubled in size.
- Form balls of approximately 190 g each.
- Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Brush with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a fan oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Wait for them to cool and serve at room temperature.
