Ingredients
250 g porcini mushrooms
25 g flour
1/2 L vegetable broth
q.b. chives
50 g butter
0.25 L Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
1 small onion
q.b. bread croutons
Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a baking dish at 350 W and add the sliced ​​porcini or champignon mushrooms and a chopped onion.
  2. Microwave for 8 minutes at 750W, stirring halfway through cooking.
  3. Add 25g of flour, dilute with 1/2 litre of vegetable stock and cook for 6 minutes.
  4. Add the Sterilgarda whole milk, mix and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Let it rest for 2 minutes and serve the mushroom cream in single-serving baking dishes, garnished with mushrooms and chopped chives.
