Preparation
- Place the carrot juice, the Sterilgarda orange juice, the Sterilgarda whipping cream, a few ice cubes and the egg yolks in the shaker.
- Shake for at least 10 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into cocktail glasses or a preserving jar.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a straw.
