Ingredients
40 leaves | fresh sage |
200 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
100 g | 00 flour |
q.b. | salt |
q.b. | seed oil |
Preparation
- Wash the sage leaves under plenty of cold running water and then dry them on a tray lined with absorbent paper.
- Pour the flour into a bowl and add the Sterilgarda milk a little at a time, mixing with a whisk.
- Continue mixing until the batter is smooth and free of lumps; add salt to taste.
- Dip the sage leaves in the batter until completely coated.
- Fry in plenty of hot seed oil until golden.
- Remove them from the oil and let them dry on absorbent paper.
- Season with salt and serve.
