Chicken Bites with Yogurt and Turmeric

Ingredients
500 g chicken breast
50 g 00 flour
50 g pine nuts
120 g water
200 mL low-fat white yogurt
extra virgin olive oil
salt
turmeric powder
Preparation
  1. Clean the chicken breast of cartilage and bones and cut it into cubes of the same size.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a bowl, add the salt and flour and mix well to coat the meat evenly.
  3. Remove excess flour with a sieve.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, add the pine nuts and toast them for a few minutes.
  5. Once the pine nuts are golden, add the floured chicken pieces, mix and let them brown for a few minutes, then add the water.
  6. Prepare the sauce by combining the turmeric with the Sterilgarda Low Fat White Yogurt in a bowl.
  7. Mix the mixture well until you obtain a cream.
  8. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir over low heat to combine.
  9. Serve the chicken bites with yogurt and turmeric accompanied by bread or basmati rice.
