PINEAPPLE CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
40 g farina 00
1 cup white wine
130 g 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice
20 g butter
25 g extra virgin olive oil
1 pineapple already cut into cubes
to taste pepper
to taste salt
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and flour.
  2. In a pan over low heat, add oil and butter; as soon as the bottom is very hot, place the chicken and let it brown.
  3. As soon as they are golden brown, blend with the white wine.
  4. As soon as the alcohol has completely evaporated, add the 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice and leave to cook, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the pineapple cubes and mix.
  6. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, adding salt and pepper halfway through cooking.
  7. Serve in a bowl or on a plate, garnishing as desired.
