Strawberry Grape Cake

Ingredients
200 g Strawberry grapes
3 eggs
130 g sugar
250 g 00 flour
50 g potato starch
125 mL low-fat white yogurt
70 mL seed oil
1 sachet of baking powder
to taste butter
to taste mold flour
Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberry grapes from the bunches under running water and dry them.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until stiff using an electric whisk.
  3. Add the Sterilgarda Low Fat White Yogurt and the seed oil to the mixture and continue to work the dough with the whisk.
  4. Add sifted flour, starch and yeast a little at a time, continuing to mix.
  5. Butter and flour a 20-22 cm diameter cake tin and pour in the mixture.
  6. Add the strawberry grapes to the surface of the cake and bake the cake in a static oven, preheated to 180° for about 40 minutes.
  7. When the cake is tall and golden brown, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the pan.
  8. Place the grape cake on a plate and serve.
