CHRISTMAS TREE BROWNIES

Ingredients
50 g cane sugar
150mL partly skimmed milk Sterilgarda
40 g extra virgin olive oil
80 g 00 flour
100 g dark chocolate
100 g low-fat white yogurt
60 g egg whites
30 g bitter cocoa powder
q.b sprinkles or decorations
Preparation
  1. Take a large bowl and pour in the egg white and sugar, then use a whisk and beat the mixture until it becomes frothy.
  2. Finely chop the chocolate bar.
  3. Place the chopped chocolate in another bowl and pour in the Sterilgarda Microfiltered Semi-Skimmed Milk after heating it. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  4. In the bowl with the chopped chocolate and the Sterilgarda Semi-Skimmed Microfiltered Milk, add the Sterilgarda Low Fat White Yogurt, mixing well. At this point add the egg cream made previously.
  5. Add the flour and cocoa, after having sifted it.
  6. Transfer the resulting mixture into a 20x20 square pan covered with baking paper.
  7. Cook in a preheated static oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, let them cool and place them in the fridge for about an hour.
  9. Cut the brownies into triangles to give them a “Christmas tree” shape.
  10. Decorate them with sprinkles or decorations as desired.
