Chocolate and mascarpone muffins

Ingredients
320 g 00 flour
120 g sugar
125 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
100 g dark chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 sachet of baking powder
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar together using a whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
  2. Add the Sterilgarda mascarpone and mix well, then start pouring in the flour, in which the yeast has previously been dissolved.
  3. Add the chocolate chips (keep some for decoration) and mix gently, then pour the mixture into the muffin cups (you will get about 14 muffins).
  4. Decorate with a few drops of chocolate and bake at 180°, in a preheated oven for about 15/18 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
