Ingredients
100 mL cooking cream Sterilgarda
100 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
80 g strakì Sterilgarda
500 g zucchini
300 g vialone nano rice
j.e. leeks
70 g butter
1 L vegetable broth
j.e. white wine
Preparation
  1. Slice the leek and courgettes
  2. In a non-stick pan fry the leek
  3. Add the courgettes
  4. Add the rice and blend with the wine
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
  6. Stir in the butter
  7. Add the Parmesan
