Ingredients
500 g mascarpone lactose-free Sterilgarda
5 slices White bread
250 g smoked salmon
Preparation
  1. Level the slices of white bread
  2. Spread the pastry with 1/2 of mascarpone
  3. Add 150 g of salmon and roll
  4. Close with transparent film and refrigerate for 1 hour
  5. Mix the rest of mascarpone with 100 g of salmon
  6. Cut about 5 cm and place the part on the long side of the roll
  7. Cover with cream
