UHT lactose free cooking cream (lactose lower than 0,1%)
The UHT heating treatment consists in increasing the temperature for a few seconds in order to make the bacteria inactive and the product safe; afterwards, through a specific treatment, a good part of the lactose is split into two sugars (glucose and galactose) which can be easily assimilated.
The aseptic conditions in which the product is packed and the use of sterilized packages protecting from air and light allow a long preservation time.
For a better presentation, we suggest to open the package and stir the product before using it.
Product is meant for all people, according to their health conditions.
