Long life microfiltered partly skimmed UHT milk
Treated with U.H.T. system, which consists in bringing the milk at high temperature for a few seconds. This treatment inactivates the bacterial charge making the milk hygienically safe. The subsequent packaging under aseptic conditions and the use of protective packaging sterilized by air and light ensure a longer life to the product.
