APPLE AND RICOTTA BISCUITS

Ingredients
300 g 00 flour
250 g fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda
50 g butter
2 red apple
1 lemons
1 eggs
125 g cane sugar
0.5 sachets baking powder
powdered sugar
q.b. ground cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, then marinate them in lemon juice.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, Ricotta Sterilgarda, egg, yeast, sugar and melted butter and work the dough.
  3. Add the apples and cinnamon powder to the mixture and use a spoon to form circles of mixture on baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
