Avocato Toast

Ingredients
1 avocado
bread for sandwiches
lime juice
1 red onion
table salt
extra virgin olive oil
coriander
1 confezioni strawberries
250 g Sterilgarda mascarpone
Preparation
  1. Finely chop the onion, chilli and coriander.
  2. Then take the avocado, cut it in half and remove the stone. Using a spoon, extract the pulp and place it inside a container with high edges.
  3. Then pour in the oil, squeeze the limes and add the juice; blend everything with an immersion blender until you get a smooth cream. Add the chopped coriander and onions.
  4. Mix everything together and set aside in the refrigerator.
  5. Meanwhile, place the slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, grease lightly and toast at 200° for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spread the Sterilgarda mascarpone on half and the avocado cream on the other half, then decorate with the strawberries and honey.
  7. Your avocado toasts are ready.
