Baskets filled with Ricotta and Zucchini

Ingredients
1 rotoli puff pastry
200 g Sterilgarda ricotta
300 g zucchini
2 egg
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper
Preparation
  1. Chop the courgettes finely and leave to drain for half an hour in a colander
  2. Blend the eggs with the ricotta, add salt and pepper
  3. Mix the cream obtained with the courgettes
  4. Cut the puff pastry into 6 pieces. Line the aluminum containers with baking paper and make the puff pastry adhere to the edges
  5. Fill the baskets with the ricotta and courgette cream.
  6. Cook in a hot oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Once golden they will be ready
