Ingredients
200 g tomato passata Sterilgarda
350 g sliced ​​beef
1 spicchi garlic
q.b. oregano
q.b. salt
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
q.b. black pepper
Preparation
  1. In a pan, brown the garlic, divided in half, with some extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add the tomato puree with some water (about half a glass)
  3. Add salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes
  4. Add the meat to the sauce, taking care to cover it with the tomato.
  5. Season with oregano and cover the pan with a lid
  6. Leave to cook for 5 minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking
