Ingredients
200 g | tomato passata Sterilgarda |
350 g | sliced beef |
1 spicchi | garlic |
q.b. | oregano |
q.b. | salt |
q.b. | extra virgin olive oil |
q.b. | black pepper |
Preparation
- In a pan, brown the garlic, divided in half, with some extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the tomato puree with some water (about half a glass)
- Add salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes
- Add the meat to the sauce, taking care to cover it with the tomato.
- Season with oregano and cover the pan with a lid
- Leave to cook for 5 minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking
