BROCCOLI CROQUETTES WITH STRAKÌ

Ingredients
500 g broccoli
100 g grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon breadcrumbs
to taste extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs
to taste salt
6 tablespoon strakì Sterilgarda
Preparation
  1. Blanch the broccoli in salted water, once cooled, mash them with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Add the parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs and salt: work everything until you get a smooth mixture. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add 6 tablespoons of Strakì Sterilgarda to the mixture and mix.
  4. Form the meatballs and coat with breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and a little extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes, turning them twice.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
