BRUSCHETTE WITH FETA AND ORANGE HONEY

Ingredients
8 tall slices of Apulian or Tuscan bread
to taste nuts
300 g feta
4 tablespoon honey
1 knob of butter
2 honey
1 tablespoon rice flour
3/4 of 100% Sterilgarda orange juice glass
Preparation
  1. Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
  2. Dissolve two generous teaspoons of honey inside
  3. Once melted add 3/4 glass of 100% Sterilgarda orange juice
  4. Leave on the flame and reduce everything by adding the flour in a fountain shape without making lumps
  5. Let the sauce cool
  6. Toast the bread in the oven until cooked to your liking.
  7. Spread a layer of the orange honey mixture obtained on the bread, the feta and the apple previously cut into thin slices
  8. Garnish with whole hazelnuts and drizzle with a little orange honey
