Ingredients
500 g | mascarpone lactose-free Sterilgarda |
5 slices | White bread |
250 g | smoked salmon |
Preparation
- Level the slices of white bread
- Spread the pastry with 1/2 of mascarpone
- Add 150 g of salmon and roll
- Close with transparent film and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Mix the rest of mascarpone with 100 g of salmon
- Cut about 5 cm and place the part on the long side of the roll
- Cover with cream
