Coconut and ricotta pralines

Ingredients
300 g Sterilgarda ricotta
130 g grated coconut
130 g sugar
40 g bitter cocoa powder
30 g rum
Preparation
  1. Mash the Sterilgarda ricotta with a fork and mix it until it becomes a cream.
  2. Add the sugar and 100 g of grated coconut.
  3. Mix well and add the cocoa powder and rum.
  4. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to rest for at least an hour.
  5. Take the mixture from the fridge, make balls of 2-3 cm in diameter and roll them in grated coconut to decorate them.
