Ingredients
350 g dry biscuits
250 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
100 mL Coffee
50 g granulated sugar
60 g chopped hazelnuts
to taste bitter cocoa
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, place the Sterilgarda Mascarpone, the sugar, the coffee and the chopped hazelnuts.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Crush the dry biscuits in a food processor.
  4. Add the crushed biscuits to the mixture a little at a time and mix.
  5. When the mixture is smooth, form balls with your hands the size of a walnut.
  6. Pass the balls of dough through the bitter cocoa.
  7. Arrange them in a bowl or in paper cups and leave in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
