Cold Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
175 g dark chocolate
250 g whipping cream Sterilgarda
125 g Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
25 g powdered sugar
Preparation
  1. chop the dark chocolate
  2. pour the milk into a large saucepan and heat over low heat
  3. add the icing sugar little by little and mix with a whisk
  4. combine the resulting mixture with the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula for a smooth result
  5. let the mixture cool and in the meantime whip the cream with the whisks
  6. Add the cream to the chocolate mixture, mixing with a gentle movement from the bottom up
  7. cover the bowl with cling film and leave to cool at room temperature
  8. put in the fridge for at least 2 hours and serve
