Ingredients
500 mL Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
30 g corn starch
200 mL whipping cream Sterilgarda
scorze lemons

Preparation
  1. Combine the milk, vanilla and lemon zest in a saucepan.
  2. In another pan, put the egg yolks, the sugar and mix with a whisk
  3. Add the starch and dissolve it with a little cold milk
  4. Add the milk slowly and mix with a whisk until the cream thickens.
  5. When it starts to boil, pour the cream into a glass bowl and cover with cling film.
  6. Whip the fresh cream and delicately mix the two creams together.
