Ingredients
750 mL Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
250 mL whipping cream Sterilgarda
280 g sugar
2 g bicarbonato
to taste salt
1 pods vanilla
Preparation
  1. Cut the vanilla pod and remove the pulp and seeds with a knife.
  2. Pour all the ingredients, including the Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk and the Sterilgarda whipping cream into a heavy-bottomed pan, mix and place on a low flame.
  3. After half an hour the mixture will begin to take on an amber hue, adjust the flame to minimum and stir often.
  4. (during cooking it is recommended to use a whisk to contain any cooking foam)
  5. After about an hour of cooking the cream will be ready.
  6. Pour the boiling cream into two sterilized jars.
  7. Store in the fridge for about a week.
