Farfalle pasta with mascarpone and rocket

Ingredients
360 g pasta
1 bunch rocket
40 g peeled almonds
120 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
to taste salt
1 cloves garlic
Preparation
  1. Put the rocket, almonds, oil, garlic and a little salt to taste in a blender. Chop everything.
  2. Boil water with coarse salt for the pasta.
  3. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving two tablespoons of the cooking water.
  5. Add the rocket pesto and the Sterilgarda Mascarpone or Sterilgarda Lactose Free Mascarpone to the pasta and mix with the cooking water.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
