Ingredients
60 mL partly skimmed milk Sterilgarda
500 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
200 g strawberries
2 eggs
8 slices White bread
40 g butter
Preparation
  1. Cut the strawberries into slices
  2. Spread mascarpone on one side of sandwich bread
  3. Arrange the strawberries and cover the sandwich bread with the remaining slices
  4. Beat the eggs with the milk
  5. Dip the sandwich bread in the egg and milk mixture
  6. Brown 2-3 minutes on each side
