Ingredients
500 g 00 flour
250 mL Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
50 g sugar
0.5 cubetti fresh yeast
70 mL seed oil or extra virgin olive oil
7 g salt
Preparation
  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm Sterilgarda lactose-free milk with sugar.
  2. Add the oil and gradually the flour.
  3. Knead until you obtain a smooth dough and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
  4. Take a little dough and create balls and give them the shape you prefer (round or square).
  5. Brush with warm Sterilgarda lactose-free milk.
  6. Bake them at 170° for about 15 minutes.
  7. Fill as desired with cold cuts, chocolate or jam, lactose-free.
