Ingredients
500 g | 00 flour |
250 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
50 g | sugar |
0.5 cubetti | fresh yeast |
70 mL | seed oil or extra virgin olive oil |
7 g | salt |
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm Sterilgarda lactose-free milk with sugar.
- Add the oil and gradually the flour.
- Knead until you obtain a smooth dough and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
- Take a little dough and create balls and give them the shape you prefer (round or square).
- Brush with warm Sterilgarda lactose-free milk.
- Bake them at 170° for about 15 minutes.
- Fill as desired with cold cuts, chocolate or jam, lactose-free.
