Ingredients
200 mL Sterilgarda Mandarin Juice
150 mL lemon and mint drink
150 g granulated sugar
200 mL whipping cream Sterilgarda
100 mL Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
10 g corn starch
Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and corn starch and mix, then add the Sterilgarda mandarin juice, the Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk and the Sterilgarda whipping cream.
  2. Cook on low heat and stir until it starts to boil - make sure the mixture stays warm.
  3. Once the sugar has completely dissolved, place the mixture in a container and put in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  4. Add 150ml of Sterilgarda Lemon & Mint to the cold mixture, stirring.
  5. Place in the freezer and mix every thirty minutes until 2 and a half hours have passed.
