Ingredients
205 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
610 g whole milk microfiltered Sterilgarda
150 g sugar
20 g glucose
5 g thickener
1 baccelli vanilla
Preparation
  1. Pour the sugar and thickener into the blender
  2. Dissolve the glucose in the warm milk and add the vanilla. Pour into the blender together with the mascarpone
  3. Blend for 3 minutes and place in the fridge for 4 hours
  4. Pour into the ice cream maker and let it work for 30 minutes
  5. The mascarpone ice cream is ready!
