Ingredients
500 g | white flour |
100 g | butter |
150 g | sugar |
150 mL | Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk |
Preparation
- Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl and gradually add the melted butter and the Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk.
- Knead well and form a ball
- Wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm on a floured surface.
- Using a small glass or coffee cup or a round cookie cutter, make the shapes on the rolled out dough until the discs form.
- Using a toothpick or fork, cut out the dough with eyes and a smile-shaped mouth or any other decorations you like.
- Place the biscuits on baking paper and bake them in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Bake and serve with hot Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk or one of the 100% Sterilgarda fruit juices with your favourite flavour.
