Ingredients
320 g | fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda |
320 g | potatoes |
160 g | zucchini |
160 g | onion |
160 g | carrot |
140 g | breadcrumbs |
to taste | nutmeg |
to taste | 00 flour |
to taste | parsley |
to taste | extra virgin olive oil |
to taste | table salt |
to taste | black pepper |
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, carrots, onions and remove the ends of the courgettes.
- Wash the vegetables and chop them roughly.
- Boil the vegetables in a pan with cold water, cook them over medium heat for about 20 minutes from boiling.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, drain them very well and pour them into the mincer.
- Chop the vegetables without making them too fine and transfer them to a large bowl.
- Add the Ricotta Sterilgarda, the breadcrumbs, the nutmeg, the chopped parsley, the flour, the extra virgin olive oil, the salt and the pepper.
- Mix everything well with a spoon and with your hands (or with the appropriate mold) form small burgers of 5 centimeters in diameter, placing them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the burgers in a preheated oven at 175 degrees and cook in fan-assisted mode for 20 minutes.
- Once baked, serve hot or cold as desired.
