Ingredients
6 egg
250 g fresh ricotta cheese Sterilgarda
100 g ham
extra virgin olive oil
to taste salt
to taste pepper
to taste parsley
Preparation
  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt and a handful of pepper.
  2. Beat the eggs lightly to incorporate air.
  3. Place a pan on the stove over medium heat and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  4. At this point, pour the eggs into the pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
  5. Obtain 4 omelettes and place them on a plate.
  6. Add the Ricotta Sterilgarda, a handful of pepper and the cooked ham.
  7. Fold the omelettes in half and serve garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
