Pasta with Shrimp, Zucchini and Saffron

Ingredients
320 g pasta
300 g shrimp
300 g zucchini
40 g shallot
100 g cooking cream Sterilgarda
40 g extra virgin olive oil
1 bustine saffron
40 g white wine
1 pizzichi table salt
1 pizzichi black pepper
Preparation
  1. finely chop the shallot and cut the courgettes into thin slices
  2. clean the prawns by removing the shell, head and legs
  3. Put the pasta cooking water to boil
  4. Fry the shallot in a pan with some extra virgin olive oil
  5. When the shallot is wilted add the chopped courgettes
  6. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cook for a few minutes
  7. Add the shelled prawns and after a few moments blend with white wine
  8. Once the wine has evaporated, pour the saffron mixed with half a glass of water into the pan
  9. Cook for 3 minutes and add the cream just before turning off the heat
