Penne with zucchini

Ingredients
180 g penne
1/2 onion
1 zucchini
cooking cream Sterilgarda
mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
pepper
Preparation
  1. While pasta is cooking in salted water cut half an onion and brown it in a frying pan, thinly slice a zucchini, add it to the onion and cook for about 5 minutes: yes must be cooked but crunchy.
  2. Add a tablespoon of mascarpone cream and lots of what is necessary to obtain a creamy consistency.
  3. Add the pasta and a little 'cooking water so it does not dry too.
  4. Serve with a generous grinding of black pepper.
