Ingredients
600 mL 100% Sterilgarda pineapple juice
120 mL coconut milk
120 mL rum bianco
0.5 pineapple
q.b. ice
Preparation
  1. Cut the pineapple into small wedges.
  2. Pour the Sterilgarda pineapple juice, coconut milk and white rum into a blender.
  3. Blend for 15/20 seconds.
  4. Add about ten ice cubes and blend for another 20 seconds or until the ice is crushed; the cocktail should be frothy.
  5. Pour into glasses, add a straw and decorate with a pineapple wedge.
