Pizzas with raw ham, rocket and dried tomatoes

Ingredients
140 g 00 flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt for the dough
to taste tomato passata Sterilgarda
to taste mozzarella
to taste salt
to taste oil
to taste rocket
to taste raw ham
to taste dried tomatoes
Preparation
  1. Take a bowl and combine the flour, salt and yeast, mixing them together.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto a floured surface and continue to work it until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
  3. Roll out the dough until it is 2 mm thick.
  4. Create a circular shape for the pizzas using a pastry cutter and transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Season with Tomato passata Sterilgarda, salt and oil and place in the oven for approximately 7 minutes.
  6. Add the mozzarella and slice the raw ham, using enough to completely cover each pizza.
  7. Cook for another 7 minutes or so and serve the pizzas hot.
  8. Add the rocket and dried tomatoes.
