Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 bustine saffron
1 noci butter
1/2 onion
flour
3 dl Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
1 confezioni low-fat white yogurt
Preparation
  1. Cut the meat into cubes and coat it in flour
  2. Melt the butter in a pan
  3. Clean and chop the onion and then brown it
  4. Dissolve the saffron in the Sterilgarda whole milk and pour into the pan
  5. Add the Sterilgarda low-fat yogurt and mix
  6. Add the chicken and salt, cook until the sauce thickens.
