40 mL | chestnut honey |
Preparation
- Peel the chestnuts and cook in a boiling pan for about 45 minutes
- Drain the chestnuts and remove the skin with a knife, then mash with a food mill in a bowl
- In a saucepan, combine the puree obtained with the Sterilgarda whipping cream, the vanilla and the honey, mix and cook for 15 minutes until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Let it cool and serve, but above all enjoy!
