Ingredients

400 g | savoiardi biscuits |
500 g | mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda |
Preparation
- Divide the yolks from the whites
- Whip the egg yolks together with half the sugar
- Beat the egg whites until stiff adding the other half of the sugar
- Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture
- Place the cream on the bottom of the cup
- Pass the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in the cup
- Cover with the cream
- Sprinkle with cocoa
- Repeat the process 3 times
- Leave in the fridge for 3 hours
