Ingredients
250 g mascarpone cheese Sterilgarda
60 g powdered sugar
160 g ladyfingers
80 g coffee
bitter cocoa powder
Preparation
  1. Prepare 80 g of coffee with a moka pot and leave to cool
  2. Blend the ladyfingers in a mixer
  3. Place the mascarpone in a bowl, add the coffee at room temperature and the icing sugar
  4. Work the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency and finally add the chopped ladyfingers
  5. Mix to combine everything
  6. Take the dough with a teaspoon and shape it into balls.
  7. Pass the balls over a cocoa surface to cover them.
  8. Place on baking paper and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator and consume within 2 days
