Vanilla roll filled with pudding

Ingredients
180 g sugar
130 g flour
3 eggs
2 teaspoon lievito per dolci
50 mL Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
4 Sterilgarda chocolate pudding jars
1 sachets of vanilla
q.b. powdered sugar
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
  2. Add 50 milliliters of Sterilgarda Whole Milk, the flour and finally the vanilla and baking powder.
  3. Spread the dough on a 30x30 pan covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove the biscuit dough from the oven and place it on a sheet of baking paper, turn it upside down onto a work surface and gently remove the sheet of baking paper that was underneath.
  5. Spread the Sterilgarda Chocolate Pudding over the entire surface and roll up the cake.
  6. Dust the surface with icing sugar and serve the roll by cutting it into slices.
