White baked pasta

Ingredients
400 g short striped pasta
400 g mix of cheeses
3 eggs
350 mL Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
to taste salt
to taste pepper
to taste grated cheese
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° and butter a baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta and drain it al dente, then pour a layer of pasta into the baking dish.
  3. Cover with grated cheese (use the mix and save the parmesan for the final layer), add more pasta, cover with more cheese and finish with a layer of pasta and one of cheese.
  4. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and Sterilgarda Whole Milk with a fork.
  5. Pour the mixture directly into the baking dish without mixing the pasta.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook in a fan oven at 180° for approximately 45 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and put back in the oven until a crust has formed on the surface (about 5 minutes).
  8. Before serving, let it settle for a couple of minutes.
