Ingredients
250 g Sterilgarda Yogurt Vanilla
140 g Sterilgarda microfiltered whole milk
40 g lemon juice
100 g berries or cherries
40 g sugar
Preparation
  1. In a bowl combine the yogurt with the sugar, lemon juice and milk
  2. Mix with a whisk to combine the mixture
  3. Add the fruit to the mixture
  4. Blend everything with an immersion blender
  5. Fill the molds and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours
